Our History
Established in 2000 by John C. Gultek, P.E., Draftex Services Incorporated, dba DTS Engineering, Inc., is a well-diverse consulting engineering firm specializing in civil and structural engineering design, construction administration, and multifaceted development projects. While initially started to serve in petrochemical and oil related industries, DTS quickly started its design and CA administration portfolio by expanding in the areas of residential, commercial, institutional, multi-family, hospitality, healthcare, and special designs – including precast and prestressed concrete and other specialty fields.
In more than 20 years of its existence, DTS Engineering has been able to put its signature on thousands of projects in vastly diversified fields. Today, DTS continues to invest in its infrastructure and, most importantly, in its people as the world of engineering continues to be excitingly challenging.

Our goal is simple: Help our clients succeed. Our core values are based on professional engineering ethics, quality of work, accountability, and respect. Our experience in vast fields of engineering fields including, industrial, commercial, residential, and institutional designs enable us to think outside the box by collaborating with experienced architects, contractors, developers, and individuals.
Where We’re Located
Currently, we have two locations with our headquarters located in The Woodlands, Texas and our branch office conveniently located in the Galleria area of Houston. We are always ready to meet our client’s needs and expectations as one unified entity for the road to success.
